NJ YOGA COLLECTIVE PRESENTS NJ GLOBAL MALA!
The Global Mala Project is an annual celebration of mindfulness that unites yoga, service, and collective action.
The purpose of the project is to bring the global yoga community together from every continent, school, and approach to form a “mala around the earth” through collective practices based upon the sacred cycle of 108 (108 Surya Namaskar, Mantra, Kriya, Meditation).
On September 23, 2018, the NJ Yoga Community will celebrate the Global Mala in Long Branch, NJ for the first time, right on the Great Lawn and the Promenade. We are grateful for the opportunity to infuse new energy and life into what has always been one of the most loved and anticipated yoga events of the year.
What else is new? The style of the practice! In 2018, you will have the chance to move and groove with 12 of the best yoga teachers in NJ, who will each take the stage for 9 minutes. These teachers will bring their creativity and personal vibe to the day in an unprecedentedly exciting way.
