Mens Yoga



Yoga for Men is an open level class designed to introduce men to the benefits of yoga.  Explore physical poses for balance and core strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help you cope with the daily stresses and demands of your life.  The physical practice aims to open areas of the body that men find most challenging


Aerial Yoga for Adults and kids





Aerial Yoga – Aerial yoga uses a soft fabric hammock that supports and suspends practitioners while they do yoga poses. The innovative program blends the beneficial elements of traditional yoga methodology with the unique conditioning of aerial arts. A cross between a yoga class and an aerial class. Incorporating the balancing and stretching components of yoga with the strengthening and exhilarating components of aerial arts


Aerial Core Fit


Get ready to move! This class will get your heart pumping!! Think of Bootcamp meets Aerial Yoga. This class is combines conditioning, barre, pilates & acrobatics all while using the  aerial hammock. 



Aerial Dance





 Do you love aerial and love dance? It's time we have put the two together!! The music is loud and no words are spoken. Follow along with Jodi as she dances you through moving your body with the aerial hammock. Previous aerial classes required.  







Jodi's Yoga Teaching Method is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. Students of all levels are empowered to experience creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. During this class experience a state of bliss, energy and meditation into the movement flow to cleanse your soul. This class is purifying, energizing, activating yet deeply relaxing & rejuvenate. Class is open to all levels & focuses on connecting the breath to each movement.

Yoga for Climbers is a Beginner friendly class; focused on taking your climbing to next level. Class is included with day pass or membership.
